My yoga trainer, Ayushi ma'am is skilled at what she does and she manages to make me feel comfortable as well as help my body become more fit and in tune with itself and guides me to do asanas that matter most for my particular health issues. She keeps in mind my pace and helps me to make adjustments if I have any issues or cannot do the most ideal posture or position. She strikes the perfect balance between making me comfortable but also helping me to push myself as and when needed.
Even just after a month, I feel significant positive changes in my body and mind. All in all, I could say that she is the best trainer that one can have and I would recommend having her as a trainer for the best possible experience.

Dr Indu is a great teacher who covers everything holistically- be it strength training , stretching, pranayam and the best part is various types of meditation she brings into the class. Initially I was very sceptical about doing yoga online but when I attended her classes my opinion totally changed, she gives personal attention to each one providing guidance for what to do and not do depending on your trimester. The best highlight would be birth prep classes on Saturday. With so much content around it can get overwhelming What to follow what not to, but Indu mam nails it here as well. The way she explains everything gives the much needed insight and is very calming. Would definitely recommend her for any mom to be and also request for post natal classes to be started real soon.

Dr. Simran is a wonderful yoga instructor who combines deep knowledge with a very warm and caring teaching style. Her classes are well-structured, and she gives personal attention making sure postures are done correctly and comfortably. She beautifully integrates breathing, relaxation, and mindfulness along with the asanas, so the sessions feel complete for both body and mind.

My name is Hiral Shah and I have been suffering from Osteoporosis because of which I had severe pain in my knees and used to limp a lot.

In the first session I went through an assessment and report was created that explained my balance and alignment issues in body. It’s been over 9 months with FlexifyMe and my alignment issues have been fixed from root and postural issues also fixed. My knee pain has reduced drastically and I can now walk without pain and best part is can climb stairs without pain. My yourney started in March 2024. I am 57 years old and according to my daily work at a desk, my backpain was very high. I have had 3 times sliped discs in my lower back. I came across Flexifyme through instagram and it introduced me to prenatal yoga by vaidehi ma’am ( my trainer). She is an amazing teacher. I took group classes with her, classes were really helpful and I enjoyed the whole journey. I was able to cope with all the difficulties faced during my last trimester . It was an amazing journey. She provides all the useful information related to pregnancy. It brought me immense energy and positivity. Her daily sessions helped me to re-energise my mind and body. My prenatal yoga journey with flexifyme has been fabulous. I attended Dr vaidehi ma’am sessions and i thoroughly enjoyed every bit of her classes. She gives personal touch and care to all her students and do ask about our well-being before she starts the class. She helps you prepare your body for a smooth and healthy delivery process. And guess what.. i had a normal delivery!!!thanks to the strengthening and stretching exercises she made us do. The best part of her session is the meditation session she conducts post yoga class. The last 15 minutes of session is only for meditation and it truly relaxes your mind and body. I highly recommend Dr Vaidehi as your yoga mentor if you ever think of pre natal yoga. I completed my 2 months today, and would like to share the feedback.
In the first month there were some inconsistencies in the classes due to year end holidays and I couldn't see much changes, but in the second month which I have just completed I could notice the changes - my weight has reduced nearly by 2 kgs, adding more to this happiness, last night I could fit into one of my favorite dress, I am able to notice reduction in the inches(minutely), and the best of all increase in strength ( both emotionally and mentally).
I am hopeful of seeing the targeted results sooner and am thankful to Flexifyme and my mentor Devyani for keeping me motivated in this journey of 2 months.

Joined classes in my 7th month of pregnancy approximately. I would say it was one of my best decisions. Joining sessions relived number of my problems like sleep deprivation, lower back pain , pelvic pain and most imp the calmness.
In my 35th week scan the baby was in the transverselie position and that could also changed to the right position possibly because of aasanas.
I could maintain all the vitals normal because of regular sessions . Ultimately gods grace was able to deliver normal as my body could bear tge pains and push harder in the last phase. I was motivated in my both morning and evening sessions. I sincerely thank both my instructors , Vaideshi and Dimple.

I have back pain since 2014 due to some disc issue. It has the pattern of coming n increasing but not going without heavy medication n physiotherapy etc. It has been making my life hell. Then I thought yoga can help me n started practicing asanas through YouTube but it exacerbated my back more, I realized it's because of lack of proper guidance. Then luckily one day I came to know of flexifyme. I had reservations like how online classes can help me in correcting my postures,but I was proved wrong . I’ve been working with sports Physio Dr. Vaishnavi Vyas for over 6 months now. Our sessions are online and from the get go it’s been an absolute joy working with her and the FlexifyMe team. It’s seamless and very easy. But above all that Dr. Vaishnavi has been super committed and has made a huge impact in my fitness. We began with Pain management and rehab as I’m a golfer and also suffer from a lot of stiffness and tightness in my hips. So strength and mobility are key. I have been to many many acupuncturists and acupressure’s for my back pain , as having pain from quite some time ,even went to spine doctors , did everything I could to relieve my pain. From quiet sometime my body was tilted on the right side and have lots of pain on the right thigh hip and back.

Mehak from the team is an incredible yoga trainer and a wonderful human. In the last leg of my pregnancy, she supported me with so much care and empathy. I had severe leg swelling and my fingers were so swollen that I had to remove my rings and bangles. After I started working out with Mehak, the swelling gradually reduced and everything came back to normal.
As a new mom herself, she truly understood my body and tailored every session to help me prepare not just for delivery, but for recovery and life after childbirth too. Her guidance made a real difference to my physical and emotional wellbeing.

I joined flexifyme on December and I have experienced significant relief in shoulder pain, knee pain and lower back pain. My Teacher Doctor Anushree Bhimsara is a great physiotherapist. She teaches amazing ly and I learnt a lot and having much relief in my shoulder pain, knee pain and back pain. She is very soft spoken and understand the root cause and explained me very well.
